You must be at least 18 years old to order from this online store. All orders are charged when you click the "submit" button and are confirmed automatically to the email address you provide on your order.
You will receive an order number if you have successfully placed your order. Orders are then confirmed with an automated response service so you will also receive a copy of your order via email to the address that you provided. Remember... most orders require a signature for delivery.
PayPal® Restriction- If you choose PayPal® as your payment method, note that we only ship to PayPal® confirmed addresses in the USA. We will not ship to a different address.
All domestic orders paid by credit card can only be shipped to a confirmed address. Customers who would like to get their product shipped to an address other than their credit card statement address will be asked to contact their banks to list the shipping address with them. We will only ship to that address once the bank has confirmed the address.
All items are guaranteed to be delivered free of manufacturer's defects and as ordered. If any item has a manufacturer's defect as determined by the manufacturer, it will be corrected by them at no charge to you. For jewelry- Loss of stones, broken prongs or any other damage caused by ACCIDENT OR ABUSE is not covered. Note that many warranties are voided if someone other then the manufacturer works on the item.
OUR Mistakes or Errors
If we have made a mistake, we will take care of the problem. You must notify us within 15 days of the delivery date if there is a problem. You may incur a fee to correct the error if we are not notified within this time frame so it is very important that you inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Many items are special ordered or special made just for you. Once in production they cannot be cancelled and are not returnable. Once you have placed your order the item goes into production or is in the shipping department, the order may not be cancelled or altered. Many items go into production quickly. If you have made a mistake, contact us immediately. We will make every effort to correct it if it is possible. It will depend where your order is in the production process whether the error can be corrected without additional charge.
